Terms of Returns

To qualify for a return, the bracelet must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.


When Can You Return an Item?

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The bracelet arrives damaged or faulty
  • The buyer receives the wrong item

Since we provide clear photos, detailed descriptions, and product videos prior to purchase, we cannot accept returns for reasons outside these scenarios.
Exceptional cases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If the bracelet is delivered exactly as described and in proper working condition, refunds will not be issued.


When Will Your Refund Be Processed?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to complete processing.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Return shipping to us is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item back to the buyer.
